Triple fermentation

Viva brings the heart of beer and the soul of wine together. Hops and grapes, champagne yeast and wild wine yeast.

Our master brewer found inspiration in the best natural wines, exploring unique grape varieties and lesser-known strains of wine yeast. Giving time and place for every flavour to develop through meticulous triple fermentation.

First, pale malted barley and Hallertau Blanc hops are brought to a head with fine champagne yeast. Next, a second partial fermentation combines carefully selected Chardonnay grapes with wild strains of wine yeast. Finally, at precisely the right moment: the master blend. The best of beer and wine undergo a third and final fermentation together.
